Short course oral steroid for allergic condition ( acute urticaria , Hair dye dermatitis , bee sting etc etc) for adult

1.Tab Prednisolone 10mg

Sig . 3 tab (30mg) od pc for 3 days 

Then 

2 tab (20mg) od pc for 3 days 

Then 

1 tab (10mg) od pc for 3 days 

2 Tab ppi 

3 . anti-histamine 

Before giving oral steroid patient should be normotensive and normoglycemic
