Tinea Prescription for Child

 Luliconazole cream la bd for 4 weeks 

Syr Levocetrizine 

Ketoconazole soap 

Only topical antifungal is usually sufficient for smaller child.  If needed 

Syr Itracoazole 10mg/mL , 3mg /kg body weight two divided doses

Ex for a child weight 20 kg , net dose 3*20 = 60mg , so 6mL divided in two doses i.e 3mL BD PC for 2 weeks 

LFT has to be done after 2 weeks
